Job Description

Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administration Analyst to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Provide adequate and agile telephone and electronic attention to the client and the supplier, consulting information about orders, delivery, inventory, transportation, among other information, in order to resolve doubts under supervision and with autonomy, confirm dates and order data, receive complaints regarding invoices, open cases of lack of conformity, indicate representatives and distributors and support customers and sellers with information.

  • Create, modify, review and monitor orders in the SAP system, in accordance with pre-defined procedures and rules, in order to guarantee orders with correct and adequate information with the requests, monitor the requests in the portals and seek to obtain the execution of the sale at the desired time

  • .Monitor daily billing, through the release of new orders and monitoring daily billing, seeking to meet availability and reliability goals.

  • Analyze billing dates in order to accelerate and/or avoid delays and fines according to inventory availability and import dates.

  • Register clients, insert price lists and discounts into the systems according to requests, seeking the quality and validity of the information in the system.

  • Extract reports and statistics on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and administration, using data from Danfoss systems based on needs.

  • Act in accordance with the company's Ethics guidelines and its Quality Policy

  • 3+ years’ work experience within a manufacturing company preferred.

  • Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
