JOB SUMMARY:

Align training resources that meet the needs of both our internal and external customers. Provides technical knowledge and support to all employees, enabling them to increase their job performance and provide excellent customer service. Remains up to date with business growth, technology, and training needs.

COMPETENCIES:

· Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and Ohio Training Tax Credit.

· Knowledge of all related computer applications.

· Knowledge of CAT line of equipment and engines.

· Individual must be organized and able to multitask.

· Accurate and strong attention to detail necessary.

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

· Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

· Ability to prepare and maintain departmental budgets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma or equivalent required.

· Associates’ degree in mechanical field, training field, or another related field preferred.

· Five years’ experience in CAT technical/mechanical training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. 20lb lift/carry and 50lb pull. Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines.
