MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES • Entry level insurance claim communication.• Information gathering for new insurance quotes.• Work closely with licensed agent on key aspects of insurance quotes, renewals and new policies.MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. • Previous business setting office or customer service environment experience.• Insurance office experience a plus. • Qualified Applicants will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written and the ability to work in a busy office environment.• Professional in appearance, reliable transportation and ability to travel local occasionally. • Ability to work in a team oriented and multi- tasking environment.• Microsoft Office a plus for this position.
