Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Denver, Colorado. The role involves tasks similar to those performed by a marketing coordinator, with a focus on Corporate Marketing and Project Management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies and operations

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to execute project tasks and achieve objectives

• Maintain and manage marketing project timelines and progress

• Utilize corporate marketing skills to enhance brand visibility and market presence

• Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all marketing operations

• Continuously learn about the latest industry trends and use this knowledge in the execution of tasks. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.

• Proven experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar position within and agency setting

• Proficiency in Corporate Marketing strategies and techniques.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in using marketing software and social media platforms.

• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and developments.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and business ethics.
