We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist to play a key role in supporting human resources functions and ensuring smooth and efficient field operations. The HR Generalist will serve as the first line of support to advise and educate our field leaders for full employment lifecycle HR related issues. These include selection and onboarding, employee relations/employee engagement, performance management, separation, workplace investigations, benefits education/leave management, and compliance with employment laws.

HR Generalist responsibilities:
Advise, coach and support field leaders in all employee lifecycle matter
Engage with employees, building trust and maintain clear lines of communication
Assisting managers with employee development, performance management and conflict resolution, if necessary
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management
Coordinate leave administration with Benefits Manager and management team
Serve as a key resource for employees and managers providing information on company benefits, PTO, FMLA, STD/LTD, LOA, ADA and other HR related questions
Lead or support other HR projects and company initiatives
HR Generalist requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of solid experience as a HR Generalist.
PHR or SHRM preferred
Proven collaboration skills – must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and have the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization Implementing programs to create an efficient workplace
Working knowledge of federal and state leave requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead accountability conversations and resolve conflict
Understanding of business issues, HR fundamentals, metrics, and customer service
Up to 10% overnight travel may be required
This is an onsite office position, with the office located in Dublin's Bridge Park.
