Description
Jennie Joiner with Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a wide variety of assignments to support critical operations of the HR department. Main assignments will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Major responsibilities
Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Organize physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Design a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Design onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Requirements - Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
1+ years of human resources experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Able to manage time well
Professional in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
