Reference #: bbfda99d-ad14-4acb-a225-30c6ea64139a Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for: Training new team members on standard operating procedures Leading weekly qualification meetings for new team members Disciplinary actions Coaching all team members Positive celebrations and recognition Interviewing prospective team members Developing cross-training matrix within department Ensuring safety observations are complete Leading stretch meetings Investigating in-house foreign material issues Ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed Reviewing production numbers (labor, material, WIP, dry goods) Investigating production variances and assess root cause Using continuous improvement tools Working with maintenance on repeat breakdown issues Reviewing processes for improvements Monitoring and compliance HACCP/QACCP/SSOP Sign offs Completing Accident/Incident reports Reviewing Time and Attendance of team members Updating standard operating procedures Scheduling training and re-certifications for Safety, Food Safety and othersQualifications

Education Bachelors (preferred)
