Role Summary:

As an HR Generalist, you are the linchpin in fostering a vibrant company culture that values continuous learning, open communication, and teamwork. You'll lead by example, embracing our core values and driving our mission forward through strategic HR initiatives. This role is not just about managing HR processes; it's about being a change agent that enhances employee engagement, ensures compliance, and supports our team in achieving pest-free results while upholding the highest health and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates who share our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

  • Design and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies that align with our culture of continuous learning and mutual respect.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with EEOC, OSHA, and legal requirements, while managing workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and benefits administration.

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, offering guidance on HR policies and practices, and fostering a work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with our vision of delightful service and customer-centric excellence.

  • Champion continuous improvement and seamless execution in payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments, enhancing employee satisfaction and trust.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and our three-year target of $8,100,000 in revenue with 9,500 recurring service customers.

    Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruiting, compliance, and employee relations.

  • A commitment to our core values and a passion for advancing the green movement within the pest control industry.

  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English preferred to support our diverse team.

  • Familiarity with JazzHR or similar ATS and HRIS software.

  • HR degree or PHR/SHRM certification preferred.
