Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families.  Practices to the fullest extent of his/her licensein accordance with organizational policies.  Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement thepatients plan of care.  Provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve. The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a School of Nursing,collegeor university
• Graduate Nurse Summary completed by School of Nursing or College of Nursing Department
• PA RN license that is active and in good standing
• Completion of the onlinehospital basedtrauma nurse course within 1 year of hire
• One yearacute care experience or other comparable nursing experience preferred
• Certification as a Trauma Certified Registered Nursepreferred
