Provides helpful, efficient, customer service to each client in a | | respectful and compassionate manne | | 2. Interviews clients to obtain information according to program | | policies/procedures and provides confidentiality at all times | | 3. Enters data quickly, accurately and efficiently with minimal | | errors. | | 4. Processes client's needs and requests according to policy | | 5. Schedules appointments according to procedures | | 6. Initiates, maintains and updates client charts in accordance with | | clinic needs. | | 7. Attends staff meetings and training necessary to perform job | | effectively. | | 8. Provides other customer service and clerical support duties to | | clinic as necessary | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Minimum Qualifications: | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling | | customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information. | | Preferred Qualifications: | | Previous experience working with WIC program or Public Health. One or | | more years of experience in a clerical or office assistant role in a | | medical office/clinic.
