As a result, we have a full-time position available for a Refrigeration Engineer. Responsibilities include: Conducting jobsite surveys Calculating refrigeration requirements for process cooling and building loads Assisting in the development of project documentation to include drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID\'s), equipment schedules, details, specifications, scope of work, etc. Selecting and applying system equipment to new and existing systems Coordinating technical specifications, delivery requirements, and quotation parameters with outside equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Some travel may be required The successful candidate must have all of the following: A bachelor\'s degree or higher in mechanical engineering from a four-year college or university 2 years of relevant experience The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: 3+ years of relevant work experience Experience with equipment selection Experience developing P&IDs Familiarity with managing project invoices Experience working directly with clients including marketing to obtain future work Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Working towards obtaining PE Experience mentoring less experienced staff If you have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a fast-paced team, complete the online application process for this job posting at /careers.
