[Summary]

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our DePuy Synthes Marketing team in Seoul, Korea. [Responsibilities]

• Collaborate with diverse teams from different departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Trauma and Power Tools product portfolio.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

• Assist in the development of product positioning and messaging

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and lead changes for optimization

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product launch and sales support

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

[Requirements]

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or marketing is preferred

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English and Korean
