About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Lead that will:

  • Execute the Customer Order process related to the Ste. Claire customer base:

o Execute order entry: Manual and Electronic

o Communication of order status from Order Receipt to Product Delivery

  • Execute the Demand Planning process for all Ste. Claire customers

  • Provide support to the Sales Team in the areas of:

o Customer Portals

o Reporting

This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the Ste. Claire site and does not supervise staff.

Key responsibilities

Manage the customer order management process in line with Kerry processes, business terms and targeted service levels.

Develop communications tools and ways of working to ensure customers clearly understands order status: Dates / Quantities.

Be the primary point of contact between customer and the Ste. Claire site.

Obtain customer forecasts and review with each customer to ensure we best quality forecasts are being entered into the Demand Plan.

Own the Demand Planning portion of the monthly S&OP process and present during the monthly S&OP Meeting.

Work closely with the Ste. Claire sales team to provide support in relation to Customer Portal activity and customer reporting.

Qualifications and skills

3-5 years experience in a customer facing role.

Experience with a manufacturing environment, ideally food or beverage.

Ability to work cross functionally, both internally and externally.

French and English language skills, oral and verbal

Experience with SAP.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Concise and timely communications both internally and externally.

Exhibits enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong initiative, with ability to be a team player.

Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
