Job Description Summary

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our well-versed Nordic Price and Tender team, as our new Tender and Contract Paralegal Nordics. It is a new position with great opportunity to shape the role and make a real impact. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is curious, driven, and willing to learn. You will be the key player in reviewing tender documents and agreements, identifying critical clauses, providing legal support during the tender process, assisting with appeals, and critically examining contract drafts. Your contributions will ensure that our organization understands and escalates the necessary requirements while meeting contractual obligations.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Review and Analyze Tender Agreements: Scrutinize tender documents to identify key clauses that require attention

  • Legal Support: Provide legal input during tender processes and coordinate organizational appeals

  • Contract Drafting: Critically review draft agreements, suggesting rephrasing or clarifications where necessary

  • Compliance and Escalation: Work within the organization to foster an understanding of which requirements need to be escalated and which are met according to the contract

  • Contract Monitoring: Participate actively in contract monitoring and follow-up to ensure ongoing compliance

  • Legal Knowledge Sharing: Lead knowledge gathering and sharing within the team regarding relevant areas for the department

May perform other duties as required.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate in law or equivalent

  • 0 – 3 years’ work experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is considered a plus.

  • Good analytical skills with an eye for details and the ability to identify key legal issues in complex documents

  • Knowledge in Nordic public procurement laws is considered a plus
