Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist located in Sunrise, Florida. The role involves a range of HR functions and payroll duties, providing a comprehensive service to all levels of employees within a telecom provider.

Responsibilities:

• Training with the current HR staff and gradually assuming responsibilities starting from May.

• Utilize knowledge and experience in various HR functions and payroll management.

• Operating ADP Workforce Now and other financial and HRMS tools to perform duties.

• Communicating effectively with all levels of employees, including executives and managers.

• Providing direction and guidance related to different functions in HR.

• Managing tasks related to new hires, termination, and enrollment in benefits.

• Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring they are carried out accurately and efficiently.

• Handling progressive discipline cases when necessary.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Engaging in employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within HR

• Expertise in Compensation Administration

• Strong grasp of Compliance within HR context

• Experience in handling Employee Relations

• Ability to use HR technology to streamline processes

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field desired

• Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
