Overview :

Join our dynamic team as an HR Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational structure. You will be instrumental in the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes that ensure the recruitment, training, retention, and productivity of our workforce and compliance with labor law.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits.

• Prepare essential documentation for our HR knowledge database and ERGANI platform.

• Research and resolve HR issues promptly, identifying root causes to offer accurate resolutions.

• Coordinate effectively with various HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and employee relations to ensure compliance with policies and practices.

• Support payroll processing and input data into HR information systems.

• Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Coordinate Health & Safety policies and ensure activities comply with legal standards.

• Support with benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English and Greek; German language skills are highly desirable.

• Demonstrable experience in HR practices and data management.

• Ability to work autonomously and within established procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations effectively.

• Strong leadership capabilities, capable of directing work and providing guidance to junior team members.

• Professional qualifications or relevant experience in HR management or a related field.
