Vontier AMO Inside Sales Specialist in Romania

Purpose of the position

Systemically develop business of AMO (After Market Organization) product groups including spares, refabricated products, third-party products through proactive and meaningful business activities dedicated to improving market coverage through enlarging partner base.

Contribute to implementation of go-to-market strategy, implement local sales strategies aimed to develop digital sales channel in Europe and increase sell-out of AMO product groups through the management of customer expectations and by modeling their buying behavior online and offline. Develop strong and productive strategic relationships with our customers, maximizing opportunities to collaborate, achieve efficiencies and monitoring adherence to KPIs.

Support Channel team and work collaboratively to improve productivity of the Channel team in sales of SSE and AMO product groups through application of VBS toolkit and relevant cutting edge business technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Contribute to Webshop platform development

o Cooperate with Marketing teams to improve Webshop functionality, UX/UI

o Facilitate communication between Marketing and company partners

· Lead Generation and Prospecting:

o Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

o Qualify leads to determine their needs and potential for our products or services.

· Sales Presentations and events:

o Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

o Participate in preparation and execution of Marcom activities.

o Represent company on industry events as a part of a team.

· Sales Pipeline Management and analytics:

o Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

o Track and manage sales leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

o Monitor partner stock for targeted product groups and provide sales analytics

· Sales Achievement:

o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall company success.

· Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

o Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, participate in VOC projects.

o Address customer queries and concerns, providing accurate information to facilitate decision-making.

· Collaboration and promotional activity:

o Work closely with the marketing team develop marketing strategies, instruments, promotions to drive digital sales

o Collaborate with US channel team to adopt, adjust and implement sales strategies and instruments to improve overall sales effectiveness

o Support limited market research to improve market knowledge, help to execute planned VOCs

· AMO Partner channel programs management:

o Tracking performance KPIs for Europe

o Implement and support SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for AMO partners

o Administer partner community, plan and execute communication activities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Knowledge

· Basic understanding of forecourt equipment and how it works

· Basic understanding of retail fuel market and related technologies (WSM is preferred)

· Basic understanding of sales operations

· Basic understanding of digital sales, channel sales

Skills

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment driven by teamwork and collaboration.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Structured and accountable approach to execution

· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Experience

· Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role in B2B environment

· International manufacturing company experience is an advantage

· Experience of work in virtual, distant, culturally diverse groups is an advantage

· International assignments experience is an advantage

Education/Certification:

· BA or higher level in Sales/Marketing/Business disciplines, or comparable experience or education

· Excellent English and German language skills

· Learning agility, consistent track of record confirming lifetime learning personal strategy is an advantage
