This position sits in the Business management function of Financial Institutions Department within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking.

We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated and organised individual to join the team to provide high-level administrative partnership and support to the team.

This position provides day-to-day assistance to client-facing professionals. Key responsibilities of the role will include actively supporting the business operations process and facilitating internal and external communication.

The Analyst will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative, communication and team management support:

  • Be responsible for diary/calendar management for MDs

  • Travel arrangements and scheduling meetings for team

  • Manage team’s expense requests and claims. Vendor, contract, and invoice

  • Co-ordinate team training, activities, events, new joiner onboarding, exits etc.

  • May handle confidential company and employee information

  • Support and work closely with assigned internal stakeholders and colleagues across varied departments and also offshoring team to ensure smooth delivery of work responsibilities and operations.

  • To provide support in administrative matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.

  • Undertakes a range of activities focused on FI coverage:

  • Track and monitor activities, review/meeting follow-ups

  • Coordinate and support the teams’ activities

  • Manage the data with team members

  • Support client and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree

  • Minimum 3 years business support or administration experience in Banking

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization and demands of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attention to details and desire to deliver high quality outputs.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations

  • High degree of common sense and a willingness to assume responsibility

  • Eager to get involved and fully participate in the team, “can do“ attitude

  • Able to work independently and adaptable to changing environments

  • Experience in handling confidential or sensitive matters
