We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wireless Network Engineer to join our world-class team at Vanguard. As a Wireless Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our flawless wireless network infrastructure.

In this role you will:

• Support the Aruba wireless and Clearpass technologies.

• Determine wireless network requirements and design solutions to meet business needs

• Collaborate with teams from various departments to successfully implement wireless network projects

• Analyze network performance and address any issues that may occur.

• Stay informed about current industry trends and effective practices to ensure Vanguard's wireless network remains competitive and modern.

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in designing and implementing wireless network solutions

• Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols and technologies

• Aruba certifications (ACNT, ACCA) preferred.

• Candidate must be able to support off-hours production elevations to minimize service disruption.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
